🏡 The market continues to tell an interesting story.

According to Teranet, 1 in 3 Ontario homes purchased during the 2022 market peak and resold since then sold at a loss.

Closer to home, more than 20% of properties purchased in 2022 and 2023 across Toronto and many surrounding regions have also registered a loss upon resale.

At the same time, Power of Sale activity is up more than 400%.
