It’s been a while… so for those who are new here — I’m Shawn. I help busy professionals navigate the Toronto real estate market with a strategy-first, no-nonsense approach.⁠

Before real estate, I built my career in marketing and market research. As a UTS and McGill grad, I learned how to read data, build strategy, and make a case that holds up. That shows in everything I do — methodical pricing, rock-solid CMAs, and real marketing plans (not just a lockbox and an MLS post).⁠

My clients are busy professionals — law, medicine, finance, private equity — who expect their agent to be three steps ahead. That’s how I operate. I deliver, and more often than not, those deals turn into long-term relationships — which has ended up being my favourite part of the job.⁠

My buyers get the same approach: no gut calls — just data, context, and honesty. I’m the one at the listing before the sign’s up, sending walkthroughs, and picking up the phone on a Sunday because momentum matters.⁠

I live in Toronto with my wife Lauren, our daughters Clara and Adeline, and Berkeley the goldendoodle — who contributes nothing but takes full credit.
