2023 felt like a very slow year. Interest rates went up, buyers decided to wait, sellers not ready to face the new reality: your property is worth less than you thought!
Despite this feeling of slow pacing, I had an excellent year. Managed to get National Top 10% Award and Director's Platinum Award.

The Annex, where Jane Jacobs lived for 38 years; I just sold a 5 bedroom, 3 storey, beautiful home. That was an estate sale. For 37 years, it was home to a U of T philosophy professor, his wife and 4 kids.
Now the new owners are 2 university professors with their two sons, age 12 and 9. Funny how often buyers and sellers are, to some extend, a reflection of each other.
