Wishing a belated happy Father’s Day to all fellow epicureans. My own weekend was a culinary dream. 😋

Saturday commenced with a sublime backyard pairing of pristine oysters 🦪 and flowing Champagne 🍾 , which we opened via dramatic sabrage 🗡️. We concluded the festivities on Sunday following our daughters’ dance recital, by indulging in succulent lobster 🦞 , prime aged 🥩 , and a beautifully structured Bordeaux 🍷.
