The St. Lawrence Market and East Bayfront areas had some interesting sales in May 2023! Looking at the high end sales in St. Lawrence we can see that the area had a lofty push toward Luxury Condo sales in May, the one-bed sale reported at $915,000 was actually a large 1000 sq ft+ unit. Also, the St. Lawrence Area had over 20 sales, while the East Bayfront had just 11 sales, favour for the St. Lawrence this Spring? Time will tell.
