Someone(s) smokes ma*****na at night inside the building (which is illegal) and eats McDonald's and trashes the stairway that's close to Steeles Ave. Every morning the staircase is filled with the smell of ma*****na. Because the elevators take so long to come, oftentimes people and their children choose to take the stairs and are forced to smell the ma*****na smoke.

Again, the building management simply keeps picking up their trash and does nothing to stop the nuisance. The management does not uphold the law or keep the order in this building.

A group of youth who do not reside in the building have been trashing the underground parking at night since the beginning of June, 2020. Management refuses to do anything about it! Instead, they accommodate them by providing them with a garbage bag for their trash. Even the residents of the building, who pay rent and pay extra for the underground parking, are not provided with a garbage bin or bag in the underground parking!

There is no security in the building including the underground parking. Cars in the underground parking are broken into frequently causing tenants financial damage, headaches and frustration, and lack of safety and security.

Tenants pay extra for the underground parking, but there aren't even security cameras. The garage doors are left open or often broken so anyone can enter the underground parking.
