First up — meet Chantel Crisp, Team Lead & Real Estate Broker behind the Chantel Crisp Real Estate Team.

A true entrepreneur at heart, Chantel started her first business at just 18 years old while completing her Economics degree at McMaster University. Since then, she’s built a career rooted in strategy, negotiation, design, marketing, and helping people make smart real estate decisions with confidence.

From growing one of the largest College Pro franchises in North America, to helping scale a real estate brokerage in its early years, to building one of Toronto’s top-producing real estate teams, Chantel’s approach has always been hands-on, thoughtful, and deeply client-focused.

What clients often love most about working with Chantel is her ability to blend sharp business instincts with genuine care for the people she works with. Whether she’s negotiating offers, overseeing a renovation, designing a listing strategy, or helping clients plan their next chapter, she brings a level of passion and attention to detail that’s hard to miss.

When she’s not working, you’ll usually find her exploring the city with her husband and kids, travelling, or knee-deep in another renovation project “for fun.” 😉
