May 2026 data from TRREB shows a clear shift in the Greater Toronto Area resale market. As buyers step back in and inventory drops, competition is starting to heat up again. Although I’m seeing multiple offers again, it’s nowhere near what it was like in 2021.

With fewer homes hitting the market and sales on the rise, standing inventory is getting absorbed faster. Experts suggest this increased competition will likely flatten price trends and start pushing them upward in the months ahead. 🚀. Let’s see what really happens.
