This one might put me out of business….

If you would just take an hours week to learn how to leverage AI in your business.

As a non-technical founder, I have always understood the theory behind a lot of tech but could never come close to building or implementing what my tech and design teams could.

But putting in just an hour or so a week over the past few months learning Ai 🤖 on a low level has changed that.

About a month ago I launched an ad campaign fully leveraging Ai. From ideation to hooks, headlines and creatives. Even instructions on how to post the ad!

1 month later that ad is absolutely cooking…. It is crushing the performance of what most agencies produce and even outperforming some of my full marketing teams ow ads…..

This isn’t just one brokerage buying another……

This is a tech company building AI driven tech platforms for the real estate agent and the consumer clients.

If you are looking at the short term economics the deal probably doesn’t make sense to you, but if you are looking at a tech company acquiring 150,000 plus new users that bring upside revenue…: it starts to look a bit different!

Of course I am biased, but so is every angle on here from industry insiders….. They all have their own brokerage, their own tech or coaching they want to sell you.

I have personally interviewed CEO and his vision for where the industry is going and how tech is the key to the future is why I aligned myself with this brand.

If you are looking at this as a brokerage bought another brokerage…. You are right, it’s not a great deal….. But I challenge that you might be looking at it all wrong.

If you’re making $150K a year in real estate and spending 30 hours a week on admin and follow up…..

You’re paying yourself $20 an hour.
For tasks AI can do for $97 a month.

I’ve managed and mentored 1000’s of agents in my career.
And the ones who burn out? It’s never because they couldn’t sell.
It’s because they never stopped doing the $20/hr work.

Here’s the framework I walk every agent I coach through:
Step 1…. Calculate your real hourly rate. $150K divided by your actual hours worked. Write that number down.
Step 2…. List every single task you do that costs less than that number. Be honest with yourself.
Step 3…. Automate or delegate every single one of them. If AI can do it for $97/month it should not be on your plate.
Step 4…. Take those hours back and put them into income generating activity. Listings. Deals. Relationships.

The agents I coach who do this exercise find 15 to 20 hours a week they can buy back.
That’s 15 to 20 more hours to list properties, close deals….. or just actually have a life outside of your phone.

The math doesn’t lie.

if you are using Ai SEO you may be getting scammed!

Listen…. Anything that is going to help you build a brand and get exposure in 2026 is a good thing.

But AiSEO or AEO isn’t a brand new concept that is going to make you the most known agent in your market place just because you are the first agent in your area to implement AEO.

And if you are an agent who has been blogging, collecting reviews & making local content for years AEO may just be a scam for you.

You have to understand how it actually works!

just because the search is coming from an AI 🤖 platform like ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini doesn’t mean it is searching some new wonderful AI paradise, where the quickest to act will instantly claim the best lot of land.

For the most part these AI platforms are searching in a very similar way to Google.

So if your an agent that has killer SEO you are also going to g to kill it on AEO….. for now.

If you aren’t doing anything right now is AiEo a good move? It is 100% better than doing nothing, but don have the expectation. That you are going to suddenly out rank the person who’s been blogging in your neighbourhood and doing local business posts for the last 15 years.

AEO or AISEO or AIEO whatever you wanna call it isn’t a quick fix it. It’s still a long game but do I think you should start playing it?

If you’re someone who’s already killing it with SEO, probably not keep doing what you’re doing!

If you haven’t been doing anything, and you’re looking to build a brand it could be a great piece of a marketing strategy.

but no matter what you decide. Just know what you’re getting yourself into.

Don’t let AI 🤖 KILL your business!

Yes AI can do a ton of cool stuff…. I love it!

But right now too many agents are trying to have it replace every aspect of them in their business and that is a massive mistake.

I have managed and mentored 1000’s of agents in my career and there are many different skills which can lead to a successful career in real estate.

Whether you are a great market, sales person or business operator, you should be leveraging AI to do this one thing……

Replace you in the areas you are weak so you can spend more time leveraging your super powers 🦸‍♀️

Stop trying to replace yourself. Double down on your strengths and you will double your business!

When gets are new and hungry they have time to do nothing but prospect!

My standard is to show up….. not every day will be my best. As an athlete you won’t Pr every day as an entrepreneur most days you won’t see growth….. but the key is we show up.

I show up to show myself I am better than I was yesterday! I show up to be an example for my kids.

Know that even if you aren’t your best self, people notice those who show up consistently vs those who don’t show up when it isn’t easy.

Your kids are watching, your spouse is watching, employees are watching, clients are watching.

I know that even when I am not my best self I become a better version of myself by showing up than not at all.

You have to understand we all do!
