If a property has multiple units, Royal York must manage the entire deed. We do not take just one unit in a duplex. Why? We prepare and file all applications at the Landlord and Tenant Board. We attend hearings and represent the landlord's interests. When an eviction order is granted, we coordinate sheriff enforcement.
