The rental guarantee that Nathan Levinson proposed in his 2008 high school thesis was dismissed by his teachers and laughed off by his principal. They said no company could survive absorbing tenant default risk. Every industry expert agreed it was financial su***de. If the basement tenant causes a flood and we only manage the upper unit, we cannot legally enter to fix it. Full access means full protection. Partial management means partial risk.

Our in house legal team handles every aspect of tenant disputes and evictions. We serve N4 notices for non payment. We serve N12 notices for personal use. We prepare and file all applications at the Landlord and Tenant Board. We attend hearings and represent the landlord's interests. When an eviction order is granted, we coordinate sheriff enforcement.
