TRREB Mar’26 Market Stats:
‘ Greater Toronto Area (GTA) resale housing makers conditions tightened in March 2026 in comparison to last year. Sales were up year-over-year, while new listings were down. Selling prices were lower compared to March 2025 helping with affordability moving into the spring Market.’

On a month over month basis we saw that Detached and Townhouse sale prices rose slightly compared to Feb’26 while Semi detached and condos dropped.

TRREB Feb’26 Market Stats:

‘Greater Toronto Area (GTA) resale housing market conditions tightened in February ‘26 compared to February ‘25. While sales were down slightly year-over-year, new listings declined by a greater annual rate and average sale prices fell by 7.1%’

‘Buyers are waiting for selling prices to level off and for positive news on the trade front.’

It was an honour to guide them through the challenging 2025 market and help them reach their goals 🏡🏢

This little piece of paper is also a testament to resisting the constant pressure to ‘scale up’, those of you that run your own business know what I mean. 😅 If anything I’ve consciously decided to do the opposite and I’ve spent less time and money advertising myself and put all my energy into my clients with the goal of giving them the personalized service they deserve. They in turn have have rallied around my business like a hug, referring me to similarly minded lovely people ❤️
So yes 11 years in and happily growing my business without billboards or flyers🙌☺️ just love and attention.

The Vacant Home Tax program requires homeowners to declare the occupancy status of their property every year, even if they live there.

The goal is to increase the supply of housing by encouraging owners to make their vacant residential property available for rent or for sale.

Owners who choose to keep their property vacant are subject to the tax. Revenue collected from the tax goes to affordable housing initiatives across Toronto.

Declaring is fast and easy. Submit your declaration by April 30, 2026:

Happy to end a busy year by welcoming a growing sweet young family into a bigger space just in time to make new Holiday memories. ☺️✨

This is the second young family who secured one of my Landlords' homes this past week and can I say being a Landlord is a challenge these days, I can see why so many are deciding to sell their rental properties. I'm going into my 11th year in Real Estate and I have never seen so many fraudulent docs submitted by would be tenants, 🫣 a few I got via their agents who were flabbergasted when they found out they were being misled. It's the Wild West out there 😅 If you are a landlord it's more important than ever to take extra screening steps to avoid future headaches. 🏡
