My client once told me his mother had passed away… until she showed up in the driveway during our listing appointment.

😳 He was distraught, said the house brought back too many memories, and insisted we sell it immediately.

We were just about to sign paperwork when a car pulled up. A woman jumped out, yelling at him for trying to sell the home from underneath her. Turns out… his mom wasn’t dead after all.

🙃 Lesson learned: always do your digging. And never assume—because names like Sandy can be a boy’s or a girl’s.

👉 Real estate keeps me on my toes. You never know what’s coming next.
