Unfortunately this new old trick didn’t go a way even with all the rule and restrictions set by RECO, it is a trick used by some greedy agents ( big names and desperate new agents as well).
Dear sellers, even though staging and marketing techniques are important to sell a property, the more important factor is listing price should be realistic and within the range of the fair market value, but the most important factor in the selling process is the partnership between you and the agent. Don’t be fooled by these greedy agent, and always check with them the comparative market analysis, what is their plan to make the transaction process smooth and yield best price possible within the shortest time.
