The numbers tell a very clear story: we are in a negotiation-driven Real Estate market🤝

We are seeing a shift in market psychology:
📉 More homes selling below list (potentially lesser bid wars)
⏳ Slightly longer time on market (Buyers being more measured)

From a macro standpoint:
🏦 The Bank of Canada held rates at 2.25% in April, signaling a wait-and-see approach.
📈 Inflation is hovering near 3%, largely driven by energy prices.
