I'm looking for an ongoing freelance cleaner to help turnover my Short Term Rental properties.

Duties includes inspection and sending me photos of the pre/post-condition of the unit to prove anything missing/broken, vacuuming, turning over the bed sheets/towels and general cleaning maintenance. Properties located in DT(M5V) and North York(M2N).

Previous experience is appreciated.
An open humble and coach-able attitude is necessary.

Are you a clean freak and looking for a casual freelance P/T job?

ISO: An ongoing inspection/cleaning person for my 1BR Condos furnished monthly rentals located in the Downtown(M5V) & North York(M2N) areas. Visitor parking available on site.

Duties includes, but not limited to:
- Inspecting for damages/missing items after guest check outs
-laundering of bed sheets
- vacuuming/mopping
- cleaning all surfaces and dishware
- resetting and staging for new guest check-ins

Cool benefits: Free use of the condo amenities: Pool, Spa, Gym, Badminton/Volleyball/Basketball court, Yoga/Pilates Class, Wifi, Billiards, Theater, Lounge area, Massage Chair

Experience is a plus but not necessary. Will hire on humble coachable attitude, attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Cleaning Supplies will be provided. Though you should have your own supplies readily available just in case.

Intention promote to take on more future property management responsibilities w/ pay increases and share of equity.
