اجاره در کانادا بالاخره نفس گرفت 🍃

بر اساس تازه‌ترین گزارش Rentals.ca، میانگین اجاره در کانادا به حدود ۲ هزار دلار رسیده — پایین‌ترین رقم در نزدیک به ۳ سال اخیر.

نسبت به پارسال ۵.۳٪ ارزان‌تر شده و از اوج سال ۲۰۲۴ تا امروز، نزدیک به ۹٪ از قیمت‌ها پایین آمده است. به بیان ساده، بازار اجاره به سطح اوایل ۲۰۲۳ برگشته.

یک نکته که در اسلایدها نیامد:
افت قیمت بیشتر در شهرهای بزرگ اتفاق افتاده. شهرهای کوچک‌تر بازار باثبات‌تری دارند — یعنی اگر دنبال گزینهٔ بهتری می‌گردید، «انتخاب شهر» به‌اندازهٔ «زمان‌بندی» مهم است.
