Have you been considering downsizing? A new wave of growing families are looking for their family homes - I'm seeing it every week! 3-4 bedroom homes in the 700k$ range are out-performing everything else in the Rossland market, so it may be a great time to downsize and let the next generation take on your beloved home.

Get in touch and find out if your home fits the bill. Free market evaluation is based on up-to-date data from the Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®)

Let's go beyond the click bait and find out more! What bearing does the Wolastoqey Aboriginal title case in New Brunswick have on the land rights conversation in BC and beyond?

Information provided by Shaun Jaberolansar, In-House Legal Counsel and Standard Forms Manager for the BCREA.

The most pristine manufactured home I ever did see! I am so excited for my buyers to take possession of their new home. The views, sun exposure and proximity to the water at this park will give them bragging rights at barbecues for years to come.

Thanks for working with me on this one. I am now very confident in my ability to guide any client through the unique process of buying a manufactured home in a park.

Happy 🌎 Here are a few of my favorite 100% Thrifted outfits for work and play.

Every piece of clothing that exists in the world has been sewn by a human being. There are no robots or machines that make garments from start to finish. That means your 8$ dress from Shein was sewn by someone who is likely not paid a living wage.

Every piece of clothing that is brought into existence will end up in a landfill eventually, so why not shop sustainably and give someone else's clothing a second chance?

Thrifting is inherently the most "shop local" move you can make and it's a great option in the Kootenays since we don't have access to all the stores you might find in a city.

Some of the highlights of my outfits include pieces from Aritzia, Reitmans, Pink Martini, Lululemon, Nike & Vans. The black booties are 100% Italian leather and the hiking pants cost over 200$ new.

Join me on Saturday for a clothing swap in downtown Trail from 12-3pm. Please DM for further details. See ya there !!

If you know me, you know I'm a thrift j***y so I've organized a clothing swap in downtown Trail in honour of & Trash to Treasure day. It's no secret that we don't have the best spread of clothing stores in our area so this is your chance to refresh your wardrobe and find some gems for your casual or professional closet without contributing to fast fashion or the 500 million kgs of clothing that Canadians throw out each year.

What is a clothing swap?

You can think of a clothing swap like a pop-up thrift shop, but no money exchanges hands. Each participant can bring up to 10 items and leave with up to 10 items from other participants. All leftover items will be donated to local thrift associations. This swap is for items in good or great used condition - no holes or stains - think quality over quantity!

What items are acceptable?
YES! Pants, shirts, dresses, skirts
YES! Athletic wear (sports bras in great condition are acceptable)
YES! Shoes, boots, sandals
YES! Professional clothing

What items will not be accepted?
NO! Children’s clothing or toys (I can direct you to local online groups who swap children's clothing for free!)
NO! Undergarments, socks, stockings, bathing suits (sports bras in great condition are acceptable)
NO! Jewellery, accessories, sports equipment
NO! Anything that is not clothing.

Where do I bring my clothes?
In order to manage the volume of items, it is preferred that you drop off your items in advance. This way Julia and the volunteers can organize the pieces before the event. You will receive your ‘key’ to the event when you drop off your clothes.
