Big Day! @ Hidden Cove Estates.

Today, one of our closest contractor partners, , completed the road construction for Hidden Cove Estates — and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.

Hidden Cove Estates is a family-owned rural subdivision in beautiful Pictou Landing Rd, Pictou Landing, Nova Scotia, created with a simple vision: to build more than lots and houses. We want to help shape a neighbourhood that feels peaceful, picturesque, community-minded, and connected to the natural beauty around it.

We’re also proud to share that Pine River Developments has completed its first home and is already halfway through its second. Seeing the first homes take shape along this newly finished road is an exciting reminder of what this project is really about — creating a place where families can build a future.

After a few set backs… we are up and running with power being installed by NSPI this weekend. Greatful for the crew putting a big push on this weekend to get it done.
