Before entering real estate, I ran a successful photography business with my husband, David — experience that now shapes how I market listings through professional photography, video, and digital campaigns. I leverage the power of the RE/MAX brand and modern tools to give my clients strong exposure, clear strategy, and a smooth experience from start to finish. Sharon was awarded the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award for her sales performance. That's no surprise as Sharon has been putting buyers & sellers together in our local market since 1979. Drawing on her mantra of "getting the job done" Sharon enjoys sharing her wealth of knowledge with both her "team of agents" & her loyal clientele. She is very result oriented & recognizes the importance of pricing & promotion when selling a house. Clients say they like her win-win, straightforward approach from staging the home to the final negotiations. When Sharon is not listing & selling real estate she is mentoring her Sales Team. Her keen interest in education has earned her a SRES designation (Senior Real Estate Specialist) to better serve our aging population. Sharon has been heavily involved in organized Real Estate over the years at a local & provincial level. That zest to make a difference in the community is evident in her volunteer work with the Truro Rotary Club where she has been an active member since 2002 & is currently the Vice President. When it's time to relax, Sharon can be found at her home in Valley, practising her electric guitar as she is proud to be a member of the New Horizons Band lead by Paul Barrett. Or, you'll find her in the garden & spending time with her life partner Orland & his grandchildren, like Sharon, they are bilingual. Sharon also jumps at the opportunity to travel, to the Caribbean, Arizona, Nevada & of course her native New Brunswick. In the summer you may even find them on the Washademoak Lake in Cambridge Narrows, NB or at her summer residence on the Northumberland Strait.
