The latest Manitoba market numbers are in, and there are some interesting trends!

📉 Sales activity is down
• All MLS® sales: 10,086 — down 6% from 2025
• Residential detached sales: 6,880 — down 7% from 2025
• Condo sales: 1,412 — down 10% from 2025

🏠 Residential Detached
• YTD average price of ALL MB: $468,679
• YTD average price of RURAL MB: $443,908
• YTD average price of WINNIPEG MB: $453,219
• Residential detached sales: 6,880 — down 7% from 2025

🏡 What does this mean?
Prices continue to remain strong, reaching the highest YTD average prices on record, however the number of sales has decreased compared to last year.
