TIP OF THE WEEK for Hiring a PAINTER
Find out who will actually do the work
The person giving you the quote may not be the person painting your property.

Always Ask:
- Who will be my project supervisor?
- Who will actually perform the work?
- Are they employees or subcontractors?
- How many people will be on the crew?
- Will the same crew remain throughout the project?
- Who checks the work?
- Who do I contact if there is a problem?

If you interview the company and then four strangers arrive in an unmarked van, you've learned something important.
