Raad Hannoudi Broker at Re/Max Realty Services Inc., Brokerage Successful Real estate business builds on a trust-base relationship. My goal is to build a referral- I received my B Sc.

degree in agricultural engineering in 1993 and subsequently migrated to Canada as a skills worker (Engineer). I love all that Canada offers and have the perspective of someone who has navigated the hurdles of moving to a new country. I put my analytical strengths to work helping my clients invest and grow their money. I love dealing with facts, logic and numbers – so that part’s easy! I also love serving people and positively impacting their lives. It give me great pleasure to see the happiness on a person’s face as a result of a job well done! Over the past 14 years I have built my career based on “TRUST & HONESTY”, one client at a time. When dealing with Buyers and Sellers, I proceed as if the home were my own. I have earned their trust by delivering unbiased, honest and accurate information to help them make the right choice. I do my homework and as a result my Buyers have saved thousands of dollars, instead of making critical mistakes in choosing their potential new home. The information I provide helps my clients choose what's best for them and gives them leverage at the negotiation table. Knowing the market, means timing it right when it comes to getting a property on the market. Advising my Sellers on the best time and price, earns them more money and we don’t waste time or miss the market by putting the property on when it’s not the right time to SELL. I strongly believe that providing accurate, honest and non-deceiving information is the right way to serve people. I treat everyone as I expect to be treated; it’s my philosophy and its how I’ve earned my clients TRUST and repeat business. My integrity is my highest and most valuable asset in this business. THE RESULT: Satisfied clients who reward me each time they put their trust in me and recommend me to their friends & relatives.

There are moments in this business that remind me why I love what I do. Last week was one of them.

After helping my amazing clients sell their home for an incredible price, and finding them a new home they once thought was out of reach, I stopped by to visit them with a housewarming gift.

To my surprise, they had something for me too, the most thoughtful gift, a cup that says “Everything I Touch Turns To SOLD.”

I had to smile, because while the message is fun, it also reflects the work I’ve been fortunate to do over the years, helping many clients successfully sell their homes.

The real story here is TRUST, teamwork, and a genuine belief that when you truly put your clients first, success follows.

Helping people move into the next chapter of their lives, especially when it exceeds their expectations, is the real reward. The cup is just a bonus.
