Life Transitions | Bilingual EN/ES 🇨🇦🇪🇸 | Clarity. Hi, my name is Yaoska Climaco, and I am originally from
Nicaragua where I trained in Marketing and Publicity. I became proficient in English, enrolled in a variety of programs and pursued certifications in Marketing Communications, Public Relations and Digital Marketing. My career path led me to work at CIBC's main branch in
Vancouver, where I gained knowledge of banking, investment and financing. Through deep connection and communication with my
colleagues and clients, I developed a serious interest in real estate. I received my realtor’s license and embarked on my new career. When I think back to the experiences in my life and in my work, there are common threads which have become obvious to me. I love to work in a challenging, dynamic environment, and help people in any way that I can. I am a conscientious person, and never shy away from hard work. With the energy and passion I bring to every part of my life, I channel it all to help people with their real estate transactions here in British Columbia. Real Estate is my calling and I am excited to help people buy and sell properties. My goal is to make the Real Estate journey a positive and fulfilling experience for everyone. Whether I am handing over keys to someone who just closed on a great deal or helping my sellers with my marketing expertise, this work is a truly rewarding experience for me. Would you like to have a great experience with Real Estate? Let’s get on a call so you can share your real estate goals with me.
