While inventory is still low, the prices of homes are dropping. People may think that now is not a good time to buy due to interest rates, but actually it is THE best time of the year, while there's no competition on the market.

BoC just announced a pause on the interest rate hike, which may increase consumer confidence to buy again.

We already know once interest rate starts to 📉 everyone will be jumping back in the market and prices of properties will increase again!

Remember, when interest goes down 📉everyone will be diving back in the market. That increase in demand will inevitably cause home prices to go ⬆️.
