Our Welcome Centre is now open, and we invite you to stop by, explore the space, and experience it for yourself.

Located at the entrance to the village, the Welcome Centre is a place where visitors can learn more about Sen̓áḵw, explore its history, and see how the village is taking shape today.

Inside, you’ll find a large-scale model of the development, interactive exhibits, and stories that connect the history of the ancestral village with its future. You’ll also learn more about the homes, amenities, transportation options, and what it’s like to live at Sen̓áḵw.

The Welcome Centre reflects the vision behind Sen̓áḵw: a village rooted in Sḵwx̱wú7mesh history, guided by Squamish leadership, and built for future generations. Throughout the space, you’ll also find artwork by Sḵwx̱wú7mesh artist Austin Harry.

Whether you’re thinking about living at Sen̓áḵw or simply want to see how the village is coming to life, we invite you to stop by, explore the space, and experience it for yourself. Our leasing team is available to answer questions and book tours of homes in tl’eltl’élnup (Tower One).
