is a local Vancouver-based fine artist who we brought in to bring a fresh perspective and design concept to project marketing for Nora and Beau.

On designing Nora’s branding, in her own words:

A simple sans serif typeface is given an Art Nouveau nod with some custom details that help to play into the organic mood of the brand. Wallpaper style patterns and an earthy colour palette bring warmth, nature, and modernity to the development, while a botanical style Elm tree creates a sense of place for these special townhomes.
