1. Morning showing where we viewed not 1 but 3 bears up close. It was thrilling.
2. Just enjoying the Mt.Baker view on a sunny day.

In a challenging market it took 3 attempts for my successful Buyer to be able to call this one home. It required great collaborative work among several Agents in a domino of sales to get this one across the finish line. And most of all it took great patience on the part of this Seller and my Buyer.
