Just a little market update - 😊🏠
Bank of Canada raised the overnight lending rate another 0.5% which will make negotiations easier on the buyer right now. Prices have steadily come down since the first rate increase. Supply of new and existing listings remain relatively low. Theres no real way to time the market but currently its a buyers domain. And cyclically at least, Spring is our most productive season in both new listings and sales.
