🏠 December 2025 Market Update 🚨

In the Lower Mainland, Greater Vancouver appeared 'set for its lowest year of home sales in 25 years', while sales declined in line with seasonal patterns in the Fraser Valley region.

Vancouver Island's housing market remained relatively stable. Okanagan real estate sales slowed down in November while prices remained at a constant.

In other news, B.C.'s Speculation and Vacancy Tax is set to rise in 2026, and a zero percent property tax increase has been approved by Vancouver council.
