Nicole Eastman brings her fine-tuned analytical skills to Sotheby’s International Realty Canada, excelling at completing market analyses and assessments of value for extraordinary properties and businesses. Her specialized industry and regional knowledge enables her to best serve and market unique high-end residential properties, commercial properties, and the specialized winery and vineyard niche. Nicole is passionate about BC wine and the province’s every growing wine industry. She particularly enjoys exceptional Pinot Noirs and sparkling wines. She is a certified Level 1 BC Wine Ambassador. When not working with clients, Nicole is an enthusiastic boater, sailor, and diver. She holds her first level commercial boat captain certification and races sailboats out of Royal Vancouver Yacht Club. She recently completed the Van Isle 360 race, successfully circumnavigating the entirety of Vancouver Island.
