Metro Vancouver's Property Statistic in September 2026.
The sales for Detached Properties was up around 4% YoY, partly curbed by approximate drop of 10% in active listings and lower price (~ -7.3% by MLS HPI Benchmark Price) than a year ago.

In terms of the overall property market, home sales in the Vancouver region were 8.4% lower last month compared with a year ago, dragged by fewer apartment-style homes being changed hands.
