Sometimes the best opportunities are the ones you weren’t even looking for ✨

The last few years in real estate have looked a little different for me. 
After becoming a mom, my focus shifted in the best way possible. I slowed down, worked independently, and built my business in a way that allowed me to be present for my family while still serving my clients well.

But sometimes God places opportunities in front of you that you weren’t necessarily planning for but I’m so grateful I listened.

The last few months have been busy!! 😮‍💨 I’ve helped some very special clients with very big milestones in their lives. Whether it’s been selling or buying, it has been a roller coaster ride of ups, downs, emotional highs, lows and everything in between..

Like my clients, N&R, I helped sell their starter home, their FIRST home where they started some amazing chapters to helping them upsize into their next home, their DREAM home for years to come!! A huge congratulations to my sellers who closed on one important chapter of their real estate journey this weekend..🏡

2025 has proved to be a very tricky & hard market to navigate and understand especially for Sellers. I’m happy to say with the right advice, pricing strategy, marketing and most importantly, my clients full trust in me, I was able to get a FULL asking price offer for them within the first few weeks of this home hitting the market and we couldn’t be happier with the results!! 👏🏼👏🏼

Congratulations to my first time buyers on the purchase of their home in Chilliwack! In a market where buyers have all the leverage, my clients definitely used the opportunity to their advantage. Some non-negotiables for them were a big backyard space for their kids to enjoy, the option of having a mortgage helper for their own use and for re-sale value in the future, as well as being in the neighborhood of their choice close to their kids future schools plus the quiet cul-de-sac was a great added bonus for safety and privacy!!
