Metro Vancouver recorded 2,061 residential sales in July 2026, with activity adjusting from both the previous month and the same time last year.

July 2026 Market Highlights:
➖ 2,061 total homes sold, resulting in a 9.8% decrease from the 2,286 sales recorded in 2,286 2025.
➖ Compared to June 2026, there was a 13.7% decrease from the 2,390 homes sold.
➖ Sales were 18.6% below the 10-year seasonal average of 2,532.
➖ The overall sales-to-active listings ratio was 13%.
