I was speaking with clients who’d started the buying process before, but the experience left them feeling discouraged about working with agents.

It reminded me how many little things can make or break a client’s trust in not just an agent, but the process of buying property as a whole. 😳 So reflecting on this, I wanted to share a few things I consider non-negotiable basics — the bare minimum every buyer’s agent should be able to do before putting in an offer with clients.

This isn’t so much my “secret sauce.” I’m happy to share — because if you’re a new agent and this helps you deliver a smoother experience, that’s a win for everyone. The better we serve our clients, the better it reflects on all of us as fellow agents. 💪
