SEPTEMBER MARKET STATS ARE OUT! 📊

Metro Vancouver’s market was a little quieter this September compared to last year, with the biggest slowdown coming from the apartment segment. Detached and attached home sales were slightly higher, while prices continued to trend downward across all market segments.

Here’s a little breakdown:

• Sales were 8.4% lower year-over-year.
• There were 5,852 new listings, down 10.3% from last September.
• The composite benchmark price was $1,075,900.

AUGUST MARKET STATS ARE OUT! 📊

Metro Vancouver’s housing market continued its downward trend to close out the summer, with sales and new listings both lower than last August. 🏡 While prices have softened across all market segments, buyers continue to have ample selection and more favourable conditions.

Here’s a little breakdown:

• Last month's sales were 4.6% fewer than a year before.
• There were 3% fewer homes listed than the previous year.
• The benchmark price for all home types was $1,081,900.
