Growing up I was exposed to real estate at an early age. My Dad was a single parent and his side hustle was buying and flipping homes. His drive for finding the right property quickly became my passion and with his help I was ab

le to purchase my first home at 21. After a decade in sales and customer service, real estate was a natural fit for me. I’ve proudly worked my way up from the ground floor, learning, improving, and getting better each step of the way. Real estate isn’t an easy business to succeed in at all, but I like to think that my honesty, integrity, and commitment to my clients has helped me become the agent I am today as well as those strong, long-lasting relationships I have with them. Throughout the decade, I’ve helped countless buyers and sellers reach their real estate goals, whether that’s buying their first condo or their forever home. Regardless of the situation or type of property, my goal is to always provide the best possible advice and experience that I can to each and every one of my clients. MAY MARKET STATS ARE OUT! 📊🏡

The May housing market in Metro Vancouver remained steady, with healthy inventory levels giving buyers more choice while prices stayed relatively stable month-to-month. ☀️ Sales were slightly lower than last year, but the market continues to move at a calm and balanced pace heading into summer.

Here’s a little breakdown:

• Home sales were 3.5% lower than May 2025.
• New listings were down 7.6% compared to last year.
• The benchmark price for all residential property types was $1,100,700.
