記得今年一月嘅時候，客人聯絡我，話睇中咗呢個單位樓下嘅一個放盤。當我第一時間幫佢查詢嘅時候，已經慢人一步，個單位已有 Accepted Offer。

係嘅，個個都成日話個市好靜，但其實有一啲盤係悄悄地賣得好快、好好，只不過大家未必留意到。通常呢類盤都係貨源少、需求大，我哋一般會稱之為「優質盤」。

終於等咗四個月，我哋等到樓上一間更加靚嘅單位放盤！我哋即刻出擊，做第一個睇樓嘅買家，睇完即刻寫 Offer，拿捏好策略，成功喺唔需要同人搶嘅情況之下攞到個單位。

客人非常開心，我都真係好戥佢哋高興。呢個單位係成幢樓入面我認為最靚嘅坐向，正正望住一個大公園，加上單位保養得非常之好，真係可遇不可求。
