TITLE REVIEW:

Did you know that a property title can come with legal conditions?

I’m currently conducting a title review for my buyers, and we’ve discovered multiple covenants and easements on the property.

Here’s what I’m looking at:

💡 What Do the charges Mean?

Covenants: These are rules or restrictions on how the property can be used.

Easements: These allow others (like utility companies) access to parts of the property.
