Failure to declare by the due date will result in a property being deemed vacant, resulting in a $250 fine, and a tax of 3% of your property’s assessed value.

As children, he took us on fun adventures and spoiled us with trips to Uncle Willie’s. In later years, I would buy him lotto tickets and watched him smile with excitement!
