JULY MARKET STATS ARE OUT! 📊

Home sales in Metro Vancouver fell nearly 10% compared to July last year, with apartment sales leading the decline. New listings also decreased, while the benchmark price for all residential properties remains above $1 million. 🏡 Here’s a little breakdown:

• Last month's sales were 9.8% fewer than a year before.
• There were 11.5% fewer homes listed than the previous year.
• The benchmark price for all residential properties was $1,088,800.

Home sales got off to a stronger start this summer across Metro Vancouver, with demand increasing across all property types compared to last year. 🌞 While inventory remains elevated, it has helped keep prices relatively stable as more buyers return to the market, creating balanced conditions for both buyers and sellers. 🏡

Here’s a little breakdown:

• Last month's sales were 9.6% higher than a year before.
• There were 6.0% fewer new homes listed than the previous year.
• The benchmark price for all residential property types was $1,099,100.
