Selling a home is always an emotional process. Letting go of it, even when you're ready in many ways, is still hard. I am grateful that Toni invited me to walk this much needed, but tolling, process with her. The advance planning was the key to success with these clients - we did all our marketing prep many months in advance so that when they found their dream home, we could move quickly to purchase and then have their home on market for sale immediately.
