On Wednesday, I had the chance to show this home on one of the hottest days Vancouver has seen this summer. Walking in, I expected it to be warm - but the moment I stepped inside, the space felt cool. Northwest-facing, and with the patio doors open, you could feel the waterfront breeze.

But honestly, who’s even thinking about the heat when you walk over to a view like this?

Looking out over the marina, the downtown skyline, and the mountains - with a direct view of the Lions - it’s the kind of backdrop that makes you stop what you’re doing and just take it all in. As great as the photos are, they still don’t do it justice. It’s one of those views you simply have to experience in person.

People often focus on the fact that it’s a prepaid leasehold. But standing here, I can’t help but wonder… is that really the first thing you’d be thinking about when this is what you get to wake up to every day?

The lease is prepaid until 2056.
The view? Timeless.
