- To prepare and process all paperwork to get the property listed with the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) in a timely manner
- To notify all Real Estate companies of the listing, including holding Agent Open Houses where allowed or agreed upon
- To create a marketing plan for your property
- To advertise the property by signage (when appropriate), in the print media and on the Internet as soon as possible after the listing is taken
- To hold public Open Houses, if required
- To publish pictures of the property (inside and outside) on the MLS, in print and on any internet advertising agreed upon
