Congratulations to P & S for the successful selling of their property in White Rock. It was a rental unit but the owner did such a good job bringing it to selling condition including painting & cleaning the place. In order to sell the highest price possible, we had 50+ group of buyer to come see the place over 1 week period. At the end, we have received 11 offers, and sold it for $69k higher than the previously sold property. Needless to say, I have have two very happy clients.
