Another first time home buyer dream fulfilled!
This family are very close to my heart and I've known them on my early days of my career. During that time, they wanted to buy their own place but due to job uncertainties, that dream of becoming a home owner was put on hold. Over the years, they were able to save up money for their down payment. And, during their recent trip to Asia, their family talked again of buying a property, and they decided that instead of having big 60th birthday celebration for Mom", they'll use that money for their down payment. After being pre-approved from the bank, and viewed some properties, we finally found a brand new town house that they really liked.
So dreams come true for this especial family and I can't wait to see them move in to their new home.
