Movember 2025 is “done and dusted!” Your donations of almost $6,500 exceeded this year’s goal of $6,000 and is the most raised of any of the previous campaigns. Congrats to all of you!

Hi Everyone,

Yes, my birthday falls in Movember - here’s my birthday pic for this year’s campaign. I’m really happy in the photo because my sister made me a cheesecake – my favourite. It’s not just any cheesecake. It’s our mother Lucy’s recipe, which Mom always made for our birthdays – thanks sis and miss you Mom.

Hi All,
Meet Ruby. She’s an 8-week old golden retriever who is the mascot for my 2025 Movember campaign. Ruby has just been welcomed by our daughter and her boyfriend as the newest member of their household.
We are 2/3 of the way through Movember 2025 and are at $3,980 raised, which is 2/3 of the way to the goal of $6,000.
This update’s takeaway is:
Movember started with 30 mates and a bold idea. Today, it’s a global movement — millions have taken part since 2003, raising awareness and critical funds for life-saving men’s health programs and research. In 2024, more than 291,053 Mo’s registered to take part in Movember globally, helping generate an incredible CAD $125.8m for men’s health.
Men, talk to your partner, talk to your doctor, talk to your mates - talk to whomever will listen, and get regular checkups.
Ruby hasn’t quite found her voice yet, but I know what she would say – “Woof! Please donate to Movember.”
