Prior to transitioning into real estate, she was honing her sales skills as a Major Account Manager at Xerox Canada, handling accounts such as London Drugs, Canada Safeway, Canadian Airlines, Molson’s, and McDonald’s. Barb is well versed in retail leasing, and has had escalating success in the investment sales side of the business, primarily retail and mixed-use properties in the $1 - $10 million range. She spent her first four years in the Fraser Valley, listing and marketing numerous grocery anchored shopping centres and power centres. Her current areas of focus are Downtown, the West Side and East Vancouver. By leveraging her extensive local market knowledge, industry relationships, and financial analytics, Barb is able to help property owners better understand the position of their property in the current market.
