Great news! We've successfully leased the unit in Surrey Central. This was a challenging process, starting with advertising in late September. While we received an early application in October, the prospective tenant quickly withdrew after securing another unit. Following that, we conducted non-stop showings but faced a lull in applications. We strategically adjusted the price downward multiple times to maintain strong inquiry levels. After more than 20 showings, we finally secured a fantastic tenant. I sincerely appreciate my client's patience and continued trust throughout this journey.

Congratulations to our landlord client! Despite receiving last-minute notice from the previous tenant in September (who was successfully charged a one-month penalty as per the contract), we had only one month to fill the unit and prevent a loss of rent.

We quickly implemented a strategic rent adjustment and are pleased to report that we secured a new tenant to move in next month. Although the rent was significantly reduced, this proactive measure ensured zero vacancy loss.
