Huge congratulations to my landlord client! This leasing journey was a bit of a bumpy ride, but we successfully crossed the finish line.

Our wonderful tenant of two years recently moved out, and we had to navigate a market that has noticeably softened compared to last year. Recognizing the shift, we strategically adjusted the rent to stay competitive. It took a month and a half of persistent marketing and showings, but we secured the right tenant.

🎉 Huge congratulations to my buyer clients! We have officially secured their dream home!

This house-hunting journey was truly a test of patience and dedication. Our search started all the way back last winter. While the current buyer’s market offers plenty of options, finding "the one" was a real challenge because my clients had very specific, high-standard requirements for the layout and space.

All in all, we toured at least 30+ homes together. We actually found a great property along the way, but due to the holiday season and timing with travel, we unfortunately missed out on it.

But as the old saying goes, "The best things are always worth the wait." Fortunately, we achieved the most perfect outcome in the end! I am incredibly grateful to my buyers for their 100% trust and support throughout this entire process, sticking with me until the very end. Great news! We've successfully leased the unit in Surrey Central. This was a challenging process, starting with advertising in late September. While we received an early application in October, the prospective tenant quickly withdrew after securing another unit. Following that, we conducted non-stop showings but faced a lull in applications. We strategically adjusted the price downward multiple times to maintain strong inquiry levels. After more than 20 showings, we finally secured a fantastic tenant. I sincerely appreciate my client's patience and continued trust throughout this journey.

Congratulations to our landlord client! Despite receiving last-minute notice from the previous tenant in September (who was successfully charged a one-month penalty as per the contract), we had only one month to fill the unit and prevent a loss of rent.

We quickly implemented a strategic rent adjustment and are pleased to report that we secured a new tenant to move in next month. Although the rent was significantly reduced, this proactive measure ensured zero vacancy loss.
