我很满意我现在的高生产低消费状态，这状态从4月旅居上海开始，平均每日食煮洗半小时（1正餐+零食水果），洗面刷牙洗澡洗头半小时，洗衣服家务半小时，没有通勤娱乐社交等等，有大概12-15小时能够工作+学习，12-15的差异就是睡眠时间的差异。每天享受自然醒已经心满意足，等同退休，是给自己最好的回报😊

据我观察，半数人活得辛苦是因为能力低。我看见一个新租客，就是这情况。年龄成熟只帮他增加一点能力，但可以预料再过很多年，他还是会不够能力令自己活得容易和不辛苦。我认为半数能力是天生的先天的。加拿大是个理想国度，认同individual differences, 容纳和帮助能力低和差异。结论，（1）能力低的人在加拿大是幸福的；（2）能力低的人应该来加拿大。同意吗？
