July didn't continue the trend started in June where we saw higher sales volumes than last year. In fact, this July saw 10% less sales than last July but on the flip side there were 11.5% less properties newly listed for sale when compared year-over-year.

The total Active number of listings sits at 16,476 which is also down 4% from last year.

Values across all property types saw a 1-1.5% drop month-over-month and a 6-7.5% decrease year-over-year.
