Single Family Homes, Townhomes and Duplexes saw a slight increase in Price month-over-month while Condos saw a slight decrease.

On the Listing side, we saw 1% more listings this May compared to last and 34.6% more than our 10 year average.

The Real Estate Stats for April 2026 have been released.

While April Sales outpaced March, they were still 2.5% below last April. On the flip side, there were 2.4% less Listings added when compared to last year but 15.5% more than our 10-year seasonal average.

The total number of Active Listings is still 38% above our 10-year average.

Interesting to note, House sales were up 14% while all other property types saw fewer sales compared to April 2025.
