Sales are down 4.6% year-over-year and 20.7% below the 10-year seasonal average.

On the Listing Side, New Listings were down 3% year-over-year and 1.3% below the 10-year seasonal average.

The Total number of Active Listings are down 2.7% year-over-year and up 26.2% when compared to the 10-year seasonal average.

This continues to apply downward pressure on pricing as all property types saw a 4-7% decrease year-over-year and a 0.2-1.3% decrease month-over-month.
