Get ready for: One Under Networking!

This exciting casual networking event will be an opportunity for our members to learn and connect with those who have graduated and entered the workforce. This event will be less recruitment-focused and more educational.

One Under is a golf simulator/bar in downtown Vancouver and provides an excellent environment for easy interaction with people in the industry. There will be food and alcoholic drinks!

Please note that this is a 19+ years of age event and IDs will be checked. The event dress code is business casual and will take place on Wednesday, January 25 from 5pm to 9pm. Be sure to purchase your UBC Real Estate Club membership for this event.

What is this?

The ARGUS Software Certification program offers commercial real estate professionals the opportunity to elevate their real estate knowledge, increase their career marketability with an industry-recognized designation, and validate their knowledge on ARGUS Enterprise.

We are accepting applications from students in year 3 or higher who chose Real Estate as one of their specializations. Selection is based on your responses to the following question regarding your interest and motivation to pursue a career in commercial real estate.

UBC Real Estate Club is subsidizing 12 spots for this program. If you are accepted, you will pay $100.00 CAD + $4.30 Fees to receive the 2-day classroom training and examination. The value of doing this program individually, prior to our subsidy, is worth $1,825!

If you pass the exam, you will get a professional designation and a free 6-month license to use the Argus software.
